Grace Zheng

Ms. Zheng is a Director at GPI focusing on acquisition evaluation, pre-development, development, and construction. Prior to joining GPI in 2023, she specialized in luxury resort renovations and commercial redevelopment projects at an entitlements, planning, and landscape architecture firm. With expertise in design and construction administration, she has managed notable projects such as the Four Seasons Ko Olina Resort and One Hotel Hanalei Bay. Ms. Zheng earned her Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and holds dual master’s degrees in City Planning and Landscape Architecture from Cornell University. She is also a licensed landscape architect in the State of Hawaii.
