Fourth & Traction was an old Coca Cola bottling plant situated in the center of the Arts District that GPI repurposed for offices. Within an area rapidly transforming from its industrial roots to a vibrant, mixed-use, creative community with trendy restaurants and a substantial number of new residential developments, GPI converted the warehouse space into top of the line creative office spaces with new windows and skylights and added a new garage.
