Chaz Franciski

Mr. Franciski is a Partner at GPI Companies, where he has been a key leader since joining the firm in 2013. Over the years, he has been instrumental in shaping GPI’s investment strategy, including acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, and financing. Under his leadership, GPI successfully completed 18 acquisitions with total capitalization exceeding $1 billion, along with securing over $1 billion in loan proceeds through 22 financing transactions from prominent money center banks, regional banks, debt funds, and life insurance companies.

Mr. Franciski was part of the Corporate Finance department at Equity Office Properties. During his tenure, he prepared valuation models for over six million square feet of office space and managed investment-level performance models for $21 billion in investments made by The Blackstone Group.

Mr. Franciski holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
